Return Eligibility

The item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with no signs of wear, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

You must also provide the receipt or another form of proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items returned without submitting a return request in advance will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

– Personal care items, such as cosmetic products
– Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please note: Discounted items and gift cards are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have already received. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a separate order for the desired item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If the refund is approved, it will automatically be processed using the original payment method.
